Meet the Doctor

Linda Foglia, BS, DC, CCEP

Dr. Linda Foglia  graduated with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport,  Iowa. Prior to becoming a chiropractor, she earned her bachelor of  science degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and spent several years in the  computer industry. Suffering her own sports injuries from playing  soccer, and bike spills, Dr. Foglia learned about chiropractic, and the  amazing ability of the body to heal itself with the right guidance.  Always having an interest in health and fitness, and experiencing the  power of chiropractic herself, Dr. Foglia made the career and life  changing decision to become a chiropractor. After earning her degree,  she associated for 5 years with the great team and mentors at Staker  Chiropractic Center in Cary before opening her own practice, Body Logic  Chiropractic Center here in Raleigh, NC.

Dr. Foglia enjoys school and learning and is continuously furthering her  knowledge of chiropractic, soft tissue modalities, functional movement,  functional medicine and nutrition. She earned post graduate  certifications in extremity adjusting (CCEP), Active Release Technique  (ART), Graston Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and  Kinesio Taping. She has also taken several courses in nutrition and  functional medicine including nutritional assessment, blood chemistry  analysis, neurotransmitters, thyroid and autoimmunity.

In addition to treating patients in the office, Dr. Foglia has  volunteered care to a variety of communities. She has taken mission  trips to Madagascar, and Guatemala. She has worked as an ART Provider at  the Arizona Tempe Ironman. She has also worked several community  sporting events.

Dr.  Foglia has a passion for treating sports injuries. With her own history  of running, soccer, biking, and tennis, she is very in tune with the  importance of good musculoskeletal biomechanics to help in injury  prevention, and injury recovery. She also loves the challenge of helping  scoliosis patients. She has studied specific corrective technques, such  as Pettibon, for these cases. Dr. Foglia especially enjoys working with  school age people, fitness buffs, senior citizens, and just about  anyone with a skeleton.
